Usually a few times a year I see Flickr offering a discount on your first year of Pro. It is most often by a post to their photo page @ www.flickr.com/photos/Flickr or by an e-mail.

Tho I tend to scoff at the $72/yr. since I have been here since Jan. 2007. That comes to $0.20/day $6/mo. which is inline with many other youtube/social pantheon support accounts and cloud services. But gives you specific features.

Only you can decide if it's worth it for you. As my renew is coming up end of next month. And I always hmm and haw about continuing or not.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I'm hemming and hawing about it myself. I think in Canadian dollars it is something like $84. I'll leave it a bit as last year they had a promotion in November. Fingers crossed!!
