What posts, and where?
Are you referring to comments on people's photos, or posts in discussions, or uploading your own photos, or posts here in the Help Forum, or...?
Do your posts (whatever and wherever they are) reappear after refreshing the page, or after waiting a while, or never?
If you want help you're going to have to give at least some detail of the problem you're having.

Thanks everybody but I finally found my problem. I live in the Philippines now. So when I was using my VPN for Netflix US, I log in USA. Incredible but when I open my Flickr at that time it become by magic working perfectly. So Flickr maybe not working in the Philippines or the Philippines don't like my songs, lol.
Does it have some Pinoy or Filipina who are on Flickr, let me know if it work for you
