My Pro account seems to have disappeared!

I had a Pro account since 2019, and I tried to access it after a long time and it tells me that I have a Free account with Flickr. I downloaded the three zip files supposed to be containing my data with Flickr. There is no suggestion in these files about how I can get an answer as to why my account went from Pro to Free.
Would be grateful if someone on the forum could explain what happened.
