Emails no longer forwarding

For years my Flickr emails have forwarded on to my Yahoo email address so I can see when I have new followers, my photos are chosen for cover photos and various other emails in my yahoo account on my phone, iPad, PC etc. This has stopped working. Why? I would like it fixed as I have been missing a lot of information.I have also just noticed that even my friends are showing as blocked contacts. How has this happened, I haven't changed anything.
